All purchases made on our website are considered final sale. At this time, we do not accept cancellations, modifications, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

While we currently do not offer returns or refunds, we are continuously working to improve our services. We hope to introduce flexible return and refund options in the future to better serve our customers.

🔹 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@leafyleather.com. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, include the following in your email:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Photos clearly showing the defect or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement or refund. If approved, we will arrange to replace the defective/incorrect item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
